By using Poolient protocol, you agree to these terms and conditions. Poolient is a decentralized protocol that facilitates peer-to-peer lending.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Poolient is not available in restricted jurisdictions.

2. Collateral

Only USDT is accepted as collateral. All collateral must be verifiable on-chain and free from any liens or encumbrances.

3. Risk Disclosure

DeFi lending involves risk including but not limited to:

• Smart contract risk - despite multiple audits, bugs may exist
• Liquidation risk - if LTV exceeds 80%
• Market risk - value of collateral may fluctuate
• Regulatory uncertainty - laws may change

4. Fees

• Origination Fee: 1% of loan amount
• Platform Tax: 0.5% of loan amount
• Interest Rate: 6.8% APR (variable)
• Late Payment Fee: 2% of outstanding amount

5. Liquidation

If your loan's Loan-to-Value ratio exceeds 80%, your collateral may be liquidated to protect lenders. You will receive notice before liquidation occurs.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect:

• Wallet addresses (public)
• Transaction history on our platform
• Loan application data
• Email address (if provided)

Information We DO NOT Collect:

• Personal identification (name, address, ID)
• IP addresses
• Browser fingerprints
• Private keys

Data Usage

Data is used solely for platform operation and improvement. We never sell your data to third parties.

• You will not hold Poolient liable for any losses
